Katsumi Massage came to me with a website that wasn’t working for their business. The domain looked unprofessional, the site was set up as an online store with no products, and the design didn’t reflect the calm, welcoming experience they offer. I rebuilt it from the ground up with a new domain and a clean custom design that actually represented who they are and made it easy for clients to get in touch.
The Challenge
The existing domain was misspelled which created an immediate credibility issue. On top of that the site had been built as an e-commerce store despite nothing being sold, resulting in unnecessary cost and slower performance.
